These Air Fryer Funnel Cake Bites are a bite-sized twist on a classic fairground treat—crispy, golden, and dusted with powdered sugar. Made easily in the air fryer, they’re perfect for parties, movie nights, or anytime sweet cravings strike.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon melted butter
Cooking spray
Powdered sugar
Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
3. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until smooth.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes and grease the basket with cooking spray.
5. Transfer the batter to a piping bag or zip-top bag and pipe small swirls or zigzags into the basket.
6. Air fry for 4-5 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
7. Remove and dust with powdered sugar while warm.
8. Serve immediately or store for later enjoyment.
Notes
Use a thicker batter than pancakes for best air fryer results.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket—work in batches.
