Ingredients
1 pound fresh green beans
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon onion powder
0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
0.25 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese or lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
1. Rinse and trim the ends off the green beans. Pat them dry thoroughly.
2. Toss green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
4. Transfer to a dish and top with Parmesan cheese or lemon zest if using. Serve immediately.
Notes
Make sure green beans are fully dry before air frying to maximize crispiness.
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches if needed.
