Air Fryer Roasted Cauliflower is a quick, flavorful side dish with tender centers, crisp golden edges, and a savory blend of garlic, paprika, and olive oil that makes every bite satisfying.
Ingredients
1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, optional
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving, optional
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the cauliflower well, then cut it into evenly sized florets.
2. Place the cauliflower in a large bowl and add olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F if needed. Arrange the cauliflower in the basket in a single layer.
4. Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edges are browned and the centers are tender.
5. Transfer to a serving dish and finish with Parmesan, parsley, and lemon wedges if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Dry the cauliflower very well before seasoning so it roasts instead of steaming.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket or the florets will soften instead of crisping.
For extra flavor, add Parmesan right after cooking and finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
