Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, pepper, and onion powder.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, and Parmesan until smooth.
4. Place chicken in dish and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on top.
5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
6. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
