Description

A comforting and creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo Sauce recipe made with ground beef, Parmesan, and heavy cream. This easy one-pot pasta dinner is perfect for weeknights or entertaining guests. Family-friendly, customizable, and irresistibly rich.

Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

2 tbsp salted butter

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Fill a large pot with salted water and bring it to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and no longer pink. Remove excess grease if necessary.

3. In the same skillet, add butter and let it melt. Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Slowly stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

5. Add the drained bowtie pasta into the Alfredo sauce, then return the cooked beef to the skillet. Toss everything together until well coated.

6. Simmer for another 2 minutes to let the flavors blend.

7. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top for a fresh finish. Serve hot.

Notes

Use 85/15 ground beef for better flavor balance.

Don’t boil the Alfredo sauce to prevent separation.

For reheating, add a splash of cream or milk to loosen the sauce.
