Description

This Best Classic Homemade Buffalo Sauce is buttery, tangy, and just the right amount of spicy. It’s made in minutes with simple ingredients and is perfect for wings, wraps, dips, and more.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Sauce

1/3 cup unsalted butter

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Salt to taste

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter completely without browning.

2. Once melted, whisk in the hot sauce, vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and cayenne.

3. Let the sauce gently simmer for 2–3 minutes to combine flavors.

4. Taste and adjust salt or heat, then remove from heat and serve or store.

Notes

For a vegan version, use plant-based butter.

Store leftovers in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Add more cayenne or hot sauce if you want extra heat.
