Description

This Big Mac Sauce is a creamy, tangy, and slightly sweet condiment that brings that iconic fast-food flavor right to your kitchen. Perfect for burgers, fries, sandwiches, or even wraps, it’s an easy make-ahead recipe that keeps well in the fridge.


Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

1 tablespoon yellow mustard

1 teaspoon white vinegar

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon sugar

Salt to taste


Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and yellow mustard. Stir until smooth.

2. Add white vinegar, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and sugar. Mix well to incorporate all the spices evenly.

3. Season with a pinch of salt, mix again, and cover.

4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend.

5. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to one week.

Notes

For best results, let the sauce chill at least 30 minutes before using.

Use full-fat mayonnaise for the richest, creamiest texture.

Finely chopped bread-and-butter pickles can replace sweet relish if needed.
