Biscoff Cookie Butter Coffee Syrup

  • Author: Nina Klatten
  • Total Time: 7 minutes
  • Yield: About 1 cup

Description

This silky Biscoff Cookie Butter Coffee Syrup adds cozy, caramel-spiced sweetness to your favorite coffee drinks. It’s quick to make, fridge-friendly, and great in lattes, cold brews, or even desserts.

Ingredients

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup Biscoff cookie butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch salt

Instructions

1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water and brown sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

2. Add Biscoff cookie butter and whisk until smooth.

3. Stir in vanilla extract and salt, simmer 1 more minute.

4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

5. Pour into a clean jar or bottle and refrigerate.

6. Shake or stir before using.

Notes

For best results, use smooth cookie butter like Lotus Biscoff.

Syrup may thicken in the fridge—warm it slightly to thin.

Great as a drizzle over ice cream or pancakes, too!
