Ingredients
340g bowtie pasta
2 large chicken breasts
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. Rub the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken over medium-high heat until golden and fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
3. In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
4. Stir in shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
6. Add the sliced chicken on top or stir into the pasta.
7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.
