Description

Juicy sausage links wrapped in gooey cinnamon roll dough and topped with sweet icing—these Breakfast Pigs in Cinnamon Rolls are the perfect mash-up of sweet and savory. Easy to prepare and ready in under 30 minutes, they’re ideal for busy mornings, brunch spreads, or breakfast-for-dinner nights.


Ingredients

1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing

8 fully cooked breakfast sausage links

Non-stick cooking spray or parchment paper


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with non-stick spray.

2. Open the cinnamon roll can and separate the rolls. Gently unroll each into a strip of dough.

3. Place a sausage link at one end and roll the dough around it. Repeat for all 8 rolls.

4. Place the wrapped sausages seam-side down on the baking sheet.

5. Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the rolls are puffed and golden.

6. Drizzle with the included icing while warm and serve immediately.

Notes

Make sure your sausage links are fully cooked before wrapping.

Add cheese inside the roll for a savory upgrade.

Use parchment paper to avoid sticking and easier cleanup.
