Description

This Buckeye Dip is a no-bake dessert dream come true—sweet, creamy, peanut buttery goodness speckled with mini chocolate chips. Perfect for dipping pretzels, apples, or graham crackers.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup mini chocolate chips

Pretzels, graham crackers, or apple slices for dipping

Instructions

1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth and fluffy.

2. Add powdered sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Beat until creamy.

3. Add the peanut butter and beat until the mixture is silky smooth.

4. Fold in mini chocolate chips, reserving a small amount for topping.

5. Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with remaining chocolate chips, and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This dip tastes best when chilled for at least 30 minutes.

Use processed peanut butter like Jif for the smoothest texture.

Add a drizzle of chocolate syrup or top with chopped Reese’s for extra fun.
