These Buffalo Chicken Bombs are the ultimate game day or snack-time crowd-pleasers. Packed with spicy shredded chicken, creamy ranch, and gooey cheese, all wrapped in soft biscuit dough and baked to golden perfection. They’re bold, flavorful, and incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
extra ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and mozzarella cheese until evenly combined.
2. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch round.
3. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each dough circle.
4. Fold the edges up and seal tightly into a ball shape. Place seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Brush each bomb with melted butter.
6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
7. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
Make sure your biscuit dough is fully sealed to prevent leakage.
Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep and deeper flavor.
