Ingredients
2 chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup buffalo sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 ounces twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
4 ounces cream cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the twisted pasta until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Sear until golden and cooked through.
3. Reduce heat and toss the cooked chicken with buffalo sauce and butter until coated. Set aside.
4. In another pan, melt butter and stir in cream cheese. Whisk until smooth. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, Cajun seasoning, and ranch. Simmer until thick.
5. Toss pasta into the Alfredo sauce. Add reserved pasta water as needed to loosen.
6. Top with buffalo garlic chicken bites. Drizzle extra ranch or sprinkle Parmesan before serving.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best texture.
Adjust the Cajun seasoning to your spice preference.
Add extra ranch on top just before serving for extra creaminess.
