Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces spaghetti
1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning (adjust to taste)
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, diced
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and cook until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
2. Add ground beef to the skillet. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and drain.
4. Reduce skillet to medium heat. Add cream cheese to the beef mixture and stir until melted.
5. Slowly pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add mozzarella and Parmesan and stir until fully melted into a creamy sauce.
6. Toss in cooked spaghetti. Mix well to coat the pasta. Add pasta water a little at a time if needed to loosen the sauce.
7. Serve hot with extra Parmesan or chopped herbs if desired.
