Ingredients
226 g penne pasta
450 g chicken breast
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Slice chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden brown and fully cooked. Set aside.
3. Cook penne pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
5. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
6. Return chicken to the skillet, stir to coat in the sauce.
7. Add cooked penne and mix everything together.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
