Ingredients
1 lb rigatoni pasta
2 chicken breasts

4 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp butter
1 ½ cups heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized chunks. Season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Sear the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
