Ingredients
1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
9 oz cheese tortellini
1 1/2 cups Alfredo sauce
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with Cajun seasoning.
2. Sear steak 3–4 minutes on each side until crust forms and desired doneness is reached. Remove and rest.
3. Cook tortellini in boiling salted water per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. In same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until golden and fragrant.
5. Add Alfredo sauce and cooked tortellini to skillet, stir to coat and heat through.
6. Slice rested steak and serve over tortellini. Garnish with parsley and extra Cajun seasoning if desired.
Notes
Let the steak rest before slicing to retain juices.
Use high-quality Alfredo sauce or make your own for best flavor.
Add a splash of milk when reheating leftovers to restore creaminess.
