Ingredients
300g rigatoni pasta
400g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for garnish)

6. Add rigatoni to the sauce and toss to coat.
7. Return steak to skillet and mix gently.

Notes
Use sirloin for tender steak pieces.
Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
