These Cheesecake Crescent Rolls are the perfect easy dessert made with crescent roll dough and a creamy cheesecake filling. A delicious treat with cinnamon sugar topping that’s ready in under 30 minutes—ideal for breakfast, brunch, or sweet snacking.
Ingredients
1 package crescent roll dough
8 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp additional sugar (for topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
4. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
5. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle and roll toward the tip.
6. Place on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter.
7. Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle on top.
8. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes until golden and puffy.
9. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use only 1 tablespoon of filling per roll to prevent overflows.
Pinch the dough edges to keep the filling sealed during baking.
Let them cool before serving to set the filling and avoid burns.
