Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 ½ tbsp Cajun seasoning
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions

3. In a separate large pan, melt the butter and sautée the minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Add heavy cream and cream cheese to the garlic. Stir until fully combined and smooth.
5. Mix in shredded cheddar and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
6. Toss in the cooked pasta and combine with the sauce. Stir in the Cajun beef and mix well.
7. Use reserved pasta water to adjust the sauce’s thickness if needed.
8. Serve immediately with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
Notes
This dish reheats well with a splash of cream or milk.
Use bronze-cut or whole wheat pasta for extra texture or dietary preferences.
Make sure to cook the beef until it’s nicely browned for maximum flavor.
