Description

Cheesy Cajun Steak Pasta with Garlic Parmesan Sauce is a bold and creamy comfort food recipe, combining spiced steak, garlic-infused parmesan sauce, and melty mozzarella over pasta. Perfect for family dinners or a cozy indulgent meal.


Ingredients

1 lb steak

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

8 oz pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet; sear steak to desired doneness, then let it rest and slice thinly.

3. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; reserve 1 cup of pasta water.

4. In the same skillet, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.

5. Add heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in parmesan until smooth.

6. Mix in cooked pasta and reserved pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.

7. Top with sliced steak and mozzarella; cover or broil briefly to melt cheese.

8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use a steak cut that sears well, like ribeye or sirloin.

Don’t overheat the cream sauce or it may curdle.

Let the steak rest before slicing to retain juices.
