Ingredients
20 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta shells until al dente, then drain and let cool slightly.
2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy and well combined.
3. Spoon the mixture into each cooked shell and place them in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
4. Pour Alfredo sauce evenly over the filled shells. Sprinkle extra mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time and add flavor.
Make ahead by assembling the dish and refrigerating up to 24 hours before baking.
To freeze, wrap tightly before baking and cook from frozen, adding 10–15 extra minutes.
