Ingredients
1 pound twisted pasta
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the twisted pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat and stir in the Cajun seasoning. Let it cook for 2 more minutes.
3. In the same skillet or separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add Alfredo sauce and Velveeta cheese to the garlic. Stir constantly until cheese melts into a smooth, creamy sauce.
5. Add the cooked pasta and seasoned beef to the sauce. Mix until all ingredients are well-coated. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
6. Serve immediately with extra cheese or Cajun seasoning if desired.
Notes
Use freshly grated garlic for the best aroma and flavor.
Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste if you’re sensitive to heat.
For extra creaminess, stir in a splash of heavy cream with the Alfredo sauce.
