Ingredients
1 lb rotini pasta
1 lb ground beef
4 garlic cloves, minced
4 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Drain excess fat and remove beef.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer gently. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and thickened.
5. Return beef to skillet and mix. Add cooked rotini and toss to coat.
6. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and combined.
7. Garnish with parsley if using. Serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated cheese for the creamiest melt.
Don’t overcook pasta to prevent it from getting mushy in the sauce.
Reheat with a splash of cream or milk for best leftovers.
