Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast
10 oz twisted pasta (rotini or fusilli)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sear until golden and fully cooked, then remove and set aside.
2. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add butter. Sauté garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and bring to a gentle simmer. Slowly add Parmesan while stirring until sauce thickens.
5. Add cooked pasta and chicken into the sauce. Toss to coat well and season to taste.
6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melting and flavor.
Do not overcook pasta—al dente works best for creamy dishes.
