Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until fully incorporated.
4. Stir in the salt, baking powder, and flour until just combined.
5. Gently fold in the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted near the center comes out mostly clean.
8. Let the blondies cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars.
Notes
Use parchment paper for easy removal and cleaner slices.
Don’t overmix the batter to keep the texture soft and chewy.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
