Description

Chili Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Cajun Corn Alfredo Twists is a bold, flavorful chicken dinner recipe. Packed with juicy bites, a spicy garlic butter kick, and a rich Cajun corn Alfredo sauce tossed with rotini pasta. Perfect for a quick yet indulgent meal.

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili flakes

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sweet corn kernels

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

10 ounces pasta twists (rotini or fusilli)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and chili flakes.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the chicken until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.

4. Stir in corn, then add heavy cream and Cajun seasoning. Simmer until slightly thickened.

5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

6. Return chicken to the skillet and coat in sauce.

7. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and add to skillet.

8. Toss to combine and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

Use twisted pasta to catch more sauce for each bite.

Start with a light hand on Cajun seasoning and taste before adding more.

For leftovers, reheat slowly with a splash of cream or milk to keep sauce silky.
