A no-bake dessert that turns the beloved chocolate-covered strawberry into a luscious pie. This treat layers buttery graham cracker crust, silky chocolate ganache, and juicy strawberries for a showstopping finish—perfect for holidays or casual indulgence.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
1/4 cup milk chocolate or white chocolate, melted (for drizzling)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish, making sure to go up the sides. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer—don’t boil. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for 2-3 minutes. Stir until completely smooth, then mix in vanilla extract.
3. Pour half of the ganache into the chilled crust and smooth it out. Arrange the strawberry halves cut-side down over the ganache layer. Pour the remaining ganache over the strawberries, spreading gently to coat.
4. Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until fully set. Before serving, drizzle melted milk or white chocolate over the top for an elegant finish.
