Ingredients
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup M&Ms (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
3. Stir in vanilla extract.
4. Quickly fold in marshmallows and M&Ms until just combined.
5. Pour mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
6. Press extra M&Ms into the surface for decoration.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
8. Remove using parchment overhang and cut into squares.
Notes
Use dark chocolate chips if you want to balance the sweetness.
Fold in the marshmallows last to keep them from melting.
Use a warm, sharp knife to get clean cuts.
