Ingredients
36 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
6 tablespoons butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
0.25 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
12 oz whipped topping, divided
7.8 oz instant chocolate pudding mix (2 packs, 3.9 oz each)
3 cups cold milk
Holiday sprinkles or crushed peppermint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
2. Mix crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill.
3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, milk, and vanilla; blend well.
4. Fold in half the whipped topping and spread over the cookie crust.
5. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, then layer over cheesecake mixture.
6. Spread remaining whipped topping on top.
7. Garnish with sprinkles or crushed peppermint.
8. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
This dessert is best served chilled.
