A festive mix of savory and sweet bites, these Christmas Finger Foods are made to wow every guest. Easy to prepare and perfect for holiday parties, they feature crowd-pleasers like cranberry brie bites, sausage rolls, and candied bacon with a spicy twist.

Ingredients

1 pint cherry tomatoes

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls

Fresh basil leaves

Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Toothpicks or short skewers

1 sheet puff pastry

0.5 cup whole cranberry sauce

1 small wheel brie cheese

Fresh thyme

1 sheet puff pastry

0.5 lb ground sausage

1 egg

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Poppy seeds

12 slices thick-cut bacon

0.33 cup brown sugar

0.5 tsp cayenne pepper

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

0.5 tsp garlic powder

0.25 cup chopped dried cranberries

0.25 cup chopped green onions

Chopped pecans or crushed pretzels

Instructions

1. Skewer a cherry tomato, a basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball onto each toothpick. Arrange and drizzle with balsamic glaze.

2. Cut puff pastry into squares and press into muffin tins. Add brie and cranberry sauce. Bake at 375°F for 12–15 minutes. Garnish with thyme.

3. Spread puff pastry with mustard, top with cooked sausage, roll, slice, brush with egg, sprinkle seeds, and bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

4. Mix brown sugar and cayenne, press onto bacon slices, bake on rack at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

5. Mix all cheese ball ingredients, shape into balls, roll in pecans or pretzels, chill before serving.

Notes

Always serve caprese skewers fresh for the best texture.

Use mini muffin pans to keep pastry bites neatly shaped.

Reheat baked items in the oven for crispiness, not the microwave.
