Description
Coconut Toffee Bars are chewy, buttery dessert bars with a golden graham cracker crust, rich toffee bits, and sweetened coconut, all baked under a creamy condensed milk topping. Perfect for sharing or storing, these bars are a crowd-pleaser with minimal effort.
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups toffee bits
2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and salt. Press into pan to form crust.
3. Sprinkle toffee bits evenly over crust.
4. Add shredded coconut on top of the toffee layer.
5. Mix sweetened condensed milk with vanilla and pour evenly over the top.
6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and edges pull from the pan.
7. Let cool completely. Lift out using parchment and slice into bars.
Notes
Toasting the coconut before baking adds extra flavor.
Use plain toffee bits for best results (avoid chocolate-coated).
Chill before cutting for cleaner edges.
