Description
These Cookies and Cream Brownies combine rich fudgy chocolate with crunchy chocolate sandwich cookies and creamy white chocolate chips. A perfect treat for cookie lovers and brownie fans alike, these bars are easy to make and even easier to devour.
Ingredients
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
12 chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
2. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
3. Whisk in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder until just combined.
4. Fold in white chocolate chips and chopped sandwich cookies.
5. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan and bake for 20–25 minutes.
6. Let brownies cool completely before slicing into squares.
Notes
Use parchment paper for easier removal.
