Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese softened
1 cup sour cream
1 oz ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
1/4 cup chopped green onions optional
1 cup cooked pasta elbow macaroni or rotini
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup crushed Ritz crackers
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
3. Fold in shredded chicken, bacon (reserve some for topping), cheddar, mozzarella, and cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Spread the mixture evenly into the baking dish.
5. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top. Add reserved bacon and green onions.
6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Add steamed broccoli or peas for extra veggies.
Swap Ritz with panko or potato chips for topping variation.
