Ingredients
6 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 medium apples, julienned
¾ cup dried cranberries
½ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup chopped green onions
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine the green and red cabbage, julienned apples, shredded carrots, cranberries, and green onions. Toss gently to mix.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
