Description
Cranberry Bliss Bars are chewy, spiced dessert bars studded with white chocolate chips and dried cranberries, topped with tangy cream cheese frosting and a sweet drizzle. They’re the perfect copycat of the famous Starbucks treat—homemade and even better.
Ingredients
3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup dried cranberries
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/4 cup white chocolate, melted
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Add the eggs and vanilla, and mix until combined.
2. Stir in the ginger, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, and flour until just combined.
3. Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
4. Spread the batter evenly in a parchment-lined 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes, until golden and set in the middle. Let cool completely.
5. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Spread over cooled bars. Top with chopped cranberries and drizzle with melted white chocolate.
Notes
Let the bars cool fully before frosting to avoid melting.
For sharp triangles, chill the bars before cutting.
Use parchment for easy lifting and slicing.
