Description

Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry thawed
8 ounces brie cheese rind trimmed and cut into small cubes
1/2 cup whole cranberry sauce
2 tablespoons chopped pecans optional
1 tablespoon honey optional drizzle
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary finely chopped optional
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into small squares.
3. Press each pastry square into the muffin tin to form cups.
4. Add one cube of brie cheese into each pastry cup.
5. Top with a small spoonful of cranberry sauce.
6. Sprinkle chopped pecans and rosemary if using.
7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until pastry is golden and cheese is melted.
8. Cool slightly drizzle with honey if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Use cold puff pastry for best rise and flakiness.
Cut brie into small cubes so it melts evenly without overflowing.
Bake just until golden to avoid overbrowning the pastry bottoms.
