Description
Creamy Beef and Bowtie Pasta is a rich, family-friendly dinner made with tender pasta, savory beef, and a luscious cheese-laced cream sauce. It’s comforting, quick to prepare, and perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends.
Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
0.5 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 cup beef broth
0.75 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
3. Add diced onion and cook until softened. Stir in garlic, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
5. Reduce heat and add heavy cream. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted. Add the cooked pasta and mix to coat.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra richness, use freshly grated cheese instead of pre-shredded.
Add red pepper flakes if you prefer a spicier dish.
Swap ground beef with ground turkey for a leaner option.
