Description

Creamy Cajun Beef and Rotini Delight is a spicy, hearty pasta recipe made with ground beef, Cajun spices, and a luscious cream sauce. Perfect for busy weeknights or casual dinner parties, this creamy Cajun pasta is comfort food with a bold twist.


Ingredients

8 oz rotini pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup chicken broth

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, break it apart, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add onion and cook until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

3. Return beef to the skillet. Stir in Cajun seasoning, then add chicken broth and heavy cream. Simmer gently.

4. Cook rotini pasta separately until al dente, then drain and add to the skillet. Let pasta soak in the sauce for a few minutes.

5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Let the sauce simmer to deepen the flavor.

Always taste your Cajun seasoning before adding more.

Add cheese slowly on low heat for the smoothest texture.
