Description

Creamy Cajun Beef Spaghetti with Three-Cheese Parmesan Sauce is the ultimate comfort food pasta dinner. Packed with bold Cajun flavor, hearty ground beef, and a luxurious blend of parmesan, mozzarella, and cream cheese, this recipe is perfect for busy weeknights or cozy gatherings. Ideal for fans of creamy beef spaghetti recipes, Cajun pasta, and cheesy spaghetti bakes.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

12 ounces spaghetti noodles

2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 cup milk

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat, season with Cajun seasoning, and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Whisk in the flour and cook for a minute to eliminate the raw taste.

4. Slowly pour in milk and heavy cream, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.

5. Lower the heat and stir in Parmesan, cream cheese, and mozzarella. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

6. Add the cooked spaghetti and seasoned beef back into the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce.

7. Serve warm and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Use low heat when adding cheese to prevent curdling.

You can adjust Cajun seasoning based on your spice preference.

Add a splash of milk when reheating to keep the sauce creamy.
