Description

Creamy Cajun Chicken Linguine with Garlic Mozzarella Sauce is a spicy, creamy pasta recipe perfect for dinner. Featuring seasoned chicken, a rich garlic cheese sauce, and tender linguine, this easy 30-minute meal brings comfort and flavor to your table. Great for busy weeknights or special occasions.

Ingredients

8 oz linguine

2 boneless chicken breasts

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove and let rest.

3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook linguine until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add garlic. Sauté for 1 minute.

5. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.

6. Add cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to coat. Add pasta water if sauce is too thick.

7. Slice the cooked chicken and place on top of the pasta. Garnish with parsley if desired.

8. Serve hot and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Serve fresh for best texture and creaminess.

Leftovers keep up to 3 days refrigerated. Reheat gently with a splash of cream.

Adjust Cajun seasoning to taste if you prefer milder spice.
