Ingredients

400g rigatoni

2 chicken breasts, sliced

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

1. Season the chicken slices generously with Cajun seasoning.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Pour in the heavy cream, reduce heat, and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.

5. Add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Cook rigatoni as per package instructions, then drain.

7. Add the pasta and cooked chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.

8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve hot with optional extra Parmesan.
