Description

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning

10 ounces cheese tortellini

8 ounces Velveeta cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup milk

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Slice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet.

3. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and reserve some pasta water.

4. In the same skillet, reduce heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

5. Add milk and Velveeta cubes to the garlic. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.

6. Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked tortellini, and stir until everything is well-coated in the sauce.

7. Simmer for a minute to blend flavors. Serve hot, garnished with parsley or extra Cajun seasoning.
