Description

This creamy cottage cheese dessert is an easy, no-bake recipe perfect for a light, refreshing treat. Packed with protein and fresh berries, it’s smooth, sweet, and perfect for summer or anytime you crave a healthy yet indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

2 cups cottage cheese

23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

1 cup fresh mixed berries

4 tablespoons whipped cream or Greek yogurt

½ teaspoon cinnamon or cocoa powder

Instructions

1. Spoon cottage cheese into a food processor or blender. Blend until completely smooth, about 1–2 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.

2. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup to taste and blend again until fully incorporated. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

3. Spoon the creamy mixture into serving bowls or glasses. Top with a generous handful of fresh berries and a dollop of whipped cream or yogurt if desired.

4. Dust with a pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder. Serve immediately or chill for 15–30 minutes if you prefer it extra cold.

Notes

Blend the cottage cheese thoroughly for a silky texture.

Add toppings just before serving to keep them fresh.

Adjust sweetness slowly and taste as you go.
