Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
0.5 cup cooked crumbled bacon (plus extra for topping)
2 green onions, sliced
0.5 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 cups frozen hash browns or cooked pasta (optional base)

Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
3. Stir in the shredded chicken, half of the shredded cheddar, bacon, and green onions. If using hash browns or pasta, fold them in here too.
4. Transfer the mixture into your prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly and top with the remaining cheddar cheese and extra bacon.
5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and flavor.
You can swap hash browns with pasta or leave them out for keto-friendly.
