Description

Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken & Linguine in Alfredo Sauce is a rich, savory pasta dish featuring juicy chicken, velvety Alfredo sauce, and perfectly cooked linguine. This easy recipe is perfect for weeknight dinners or cozy gatherings, delivering bold garlic flavor and creamy comfort in every bite.

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 tablespoons butter (divided)

4 garlic cloves (minced)

1 1/2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

8 ounces linguine pasta

2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until melted and smooth.

5. Cook linguine in salted water until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water, then drain.

6. Slice the chicken and return to the skillet. Add cooked linguine and toss to coat in sauce. Use reserved pasta water if needed to loosen.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for best melting and flavor.

Avoid high heat while simmering cream to prevent curdling.

Adjust sauce thickness with reserved pasta water for perfect consistency.
