Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
8 ounces linguine pasta
1 cup reserved pasta water
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. Cook linguine in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer. Let it thicken slightly for 3-4 minutes.
