Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts or thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes. Set aside.
3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter to the pan and let it melt. Add garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir and let simmer for 3 to 4 minutes to thicken.
5. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
6. Return cooked chicken to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
7. Let simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
