This Creamy Ramen is the perfect fusion of comfort and speed. With a silky cheese sauce that clings to every noodle and a hint of garlic heat, it turns ordinary ramen into a crave-worthy, cozy dinner. Ideal for busy nights or indulgent weekends.


Ingredients

2 packs instant ramen noodles (seasoning discarded)

1 tablespoon butter

2 garlic cloves minced

1 cup whole milk

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional toppings: soft-boiled egg, green onions, bacon bits, chili oil


Instructions

1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions, usually about 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant but not browned.

3. Pour in the milk and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in the cheddar and Parmesan cheese, whisking until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

4. Return the drained noodles to the pot and toss until they are fully coated in the creamy sauce. Add red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.

5. Transfer to bowls and top with your favorite add-ons like a jammy egg, a drizzle of chili oil, or crispy bacon. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Use freshly grated cheese for a smoother sauce—pre-shredded can clump.

Add a splash of milk when reheating to maintain creaminess.
