Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine

2 chicken breasts, diced

8 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup milk

4 oz cream cheese

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a skillet over medium heat, add oil and cook diced chicken until golden and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sautée garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Add milk and cream cheese, whisking until smooth.

5. Stir in Velveeta and melt on low heat until the sauce becomes silky.

6. Return cooked chicken to skillet and coat with sauce.

7. Add fettuccine and toss until evenly coated.

8. Taste and adjust seasoning.

9. Serve immediately with optional parsley.
